US Markets (DOW and NASDAQ) Today : April 07,2008

US markets ended almost flat in today's trade with NASDAQ up by 0.3% and DOW down by 0.13%

2.Conerns about the earnings which will start from this week
3.Possible Microsoft-Yahoo merger which later denied by Yahoo
4.Crude oil rose $2.86 to reach $109.09

Impact on India : Indian Markets can open with marginal negative as a result of bad cues from US. We can see some sell off in IT and banking pack today after phenominal rise yesterday. Its interesting to see if we end on either positive or flat following the US markets.
