The Market opened higher, extending yesterday’s rally on positive cues from the global markets. However, it pared gains in afternoon trade on profit booking even as European markets started on a positive note. The market remained range bound in mid-afternoon trade. S&P CNX Nifty closed at 4887.30 up by 7.65 points
