Central Bank loans $200 million to big investment firms to promote liquidity.

The program will lend up to $200 billion of Treasurys to primary dealers, a group of 20 big investment firms, for a 28-day term

With this announcement on Tuesday afternoon, the Stocks started moving up. Dow, NASDAQ and S&P 500 are up by around 2% at the moment.

Lets see if they can sustain this during the closing hours of the trade.

All the index's are up by nearly 3.5% with DOW closing up with 417 points compared to previous day at 12156.
